You have made my day,I just found out about the 2 new additions to your line & I ABSOLUTELY couldn't be happier, you guys are gonna sell a BOATLOAD of those rifles,I can't wait until I can buy 2 of each!!!!
I have a question though,it's not your typical "when can we expect" question though.Anyway I go to Munich every year to help the German people celebrate Oktoberfest,I absolutely LOVE it there but this year I'm thinking about seeing some more of the country,Do you think I would be able to take a tour of your facilities???I don't even know what part of the country you are located but I would gladly hop on a train.Anyway I figured that it couldn't hurt to ask. Thanks again,Mick. |
| no these 2 new additions are not airsoft. I was told they are trying to make them feel and weigh the same as the original weapon. Airsoft I don't think so. I was also told they wanted people's opinion on which to make first. The guy told me the Sturmgewehr 44 is ahead. These two weapons were demo guns and they weren't really completed but look very promising. The sign also said they will be out next shot show 2012. I'm guessing longer than that if they are trying to make them feel and weigh almost the same as the original. |

Greetings from the Las Vegas airport!
I just wanted to check in and see what people are saying, and put this to rest for you. The new releases we just showed at the Shot Show, the MP40 and the STG44 are indeed going to be fully functioning, .22LR firearms, just like all of our other imports available from German Sport Guns. The two prototypes that we had at the show were display models only - damn I am sick of saying that over and over after four days :) - and were pieced together just so that we could show you guys what we have planned. They were not functional and did not include any of the final internals. We have never carried any air soft rifles from GSG or anyone else, and I don't imagine we ever will :) We are going to debut the STG44 first for two reasons - the first being the overwhelming vote by the people who came by our booth, I think we heard STG44 first over the MP40 something like 5 to 1. Secondly, the MP40 that we showed off at the show was configured as an SBR and we can't import those like that, it's going to take some serious R&D to make sure we can offer it with the correct look. If you have more questions I'm sure we'll get back to you, forgive me if this sounded disjointed but I am totally burnt out :) Brent ATI |

Yes everyone hates waiting but I'm looking forward to both of these rifles and whatever future rifles you will be producing in .22lr. I wanted to say Thank You for putting out such cool rifles and trying to keep us customers happy. Thanks Again |

I have to admit she was pretty hot!!!!
Ya, I got there super early one day and they were trying to fit the gun holster to here leg, lots of fun. she seemed to have a much better personality than the average booth babe. Surely someone has pics? Her name is Dannie and she'll hopefully be with us for a while, I need to get her into the studio to do some promotional photography for this year's ads. I am sure I got some pictures of her by our drag car, and I know I have one of her with Seagal (lol) I'll upload once I have them sorted out. |
