Attention Bullpup forum....
I want to send out a big thanks to all of you for your help. Several months ago, I was torn about what new rifle that I wanted to get. I really wanted an XCR, or a Sig; basically, I wanted a gas piston rifle. A team member directed over to the bullpup forum, and after some research, I ordered an E4. About three months later, I received the call from my FFL saying that it had arrived. Having no optic, I had to take the EoTech off my AR (a temporary fix). I finally took it out to the range in May. I absolutely love this rifle. I have (until this last weekend) fired nothing but XM193 through it with zero problems. Last Saturday, I went shooting with some buddies and I decided to see how steel cased ammo would work through it. I was a little worried because I have heard that it is not good for the extractors to use steel cased ammo. Between the 6 of us we shot well over 400 rounds of Wolf without a single hic-up. I was pleasantly surprised that I even shop better groupings with the Wolf, than the XM193. Overall it was a great range day, and my MSAR out performed 3 different types of AR's, and really impressed myself and my friends (who are now looking at buying one themselves). I have finally found my go-to rifle. Thanks for the info, the answers, and for putting up with me. Fury. |

Congrats on your E4.... I love mine. Got it equipped with a Millet DMS-1 and it's a fun rifle to shot. It's the same size as my SBR AR-15. I simply love that little carbine. Nothing is more fun then watching Die Hard with a OD Green AUG next to you.  Oh, really have some fun with that rifle in your vehicle. You'll be amazed at it's compactness. |
