Looks good.  I would put a multi-tool pouch and a multi-tool (Gerber) on the right side.  It is slim and very useful.  Also, I don't see any boo boo kits, chem lights, or water!..

Take the knife off the shoulder strap and wear on your first line or trouser belt.

What is it with people wanting to put big huge knives on chest rigs... and right next to their face?

I'd say get rid of the knife and get an IFAK.

Yeah I would loose the knife (maybe carry a decent folder) and get a HSGI bleeder kit for the right side.  They do not take up a ton of space and will fit what you need.

This is one on my PC.

Otherwise, looks like a great high quality start.  I have a ton of TAG gear and I love it.

As others have said, loose the knife and get an IFAK.  I would also suggest dropping your pistol mag pouch in line with your other mag pouches.  It will make for faster reloads.

Slicing the pie on a left-side corner, using the left side of a barricade for cover or support, GSW to your right shoulder region, any injury that renders your strong side (right) unable to shoulder your rifle.

If I drop the pistol mags down I won't be able to reach them. I plan on putting a small med pouch on the right

Why wouldn't you be able to reach them?  (unless you are a T-Rex with a big head and little arms)  I'm left handed and run my pistol mags on the front right of my vest.  I run three AR15s across the center and can reach all three just fine.

Ditch the  big ass knife mounted upside down... it screams clueless....it's extra weight, gives someone an opportunity to use it against you in a ground fight and big knives are carried a lot, and used a little
get a folder and a multitool in the admin pouch, along with a bottle of lube.put a flashlight in that mag pouch that is part of your admin pouch,

You need a speed reload pouch on your right side, you have nothing that you can use to get the gun some ammo quickly.... look at an open top kydex mag pouch.

the advice on a small med pouch on the right is a good one, make sure it does not effect your pistol draw...don't get a large one... keep it simple, some dressing, basic stuff... only put stuff in it YOU know how to use....
I would put the dump pouch on your belt, and get a better one then that one. A CSM pouch will actually keep what you put in it... in it.... just my experience
replace that spot with a speed reload pouch for one or two pistol and one rifle. you not going to be happy trying to get a pistol mag out of those pouches where it's at.. to high. and under a little stress... you'll smack yourself.  keep that area clear to be able to shoulder your primary.

and don't be afraid to leave open space.. most overload there rigs and put a pouch where ever there is open space...
