Been looking online for a new set of USGI spec Multi-Cam pants/jacket. I know good things are said about Propper, not sure who all have mil contracts or if I'd be better off with aftermarket. I want durable emergency clothing that I can also just wear out hunting, shooting, testing other gear, etc.  Just wanted to get some ideas of practical top price I should pay. Are the ECWCS level 6 items a good investment? How much is too much for the G.I. stuff? Thanks for any light you can shed. Ebay can get out of hand on bidding, don't want to pay more than new elsewhere, but I know I may not be comparing apples to apples either.

Having seen it recommend on here (and also I think on Zombie Survival forum), I ordered a GoreTex Level 6 Propper/AdventureTech jacket from the states just before Christmas.

Took a while to come through customs, but it was worth the wait.

It's really thin and lightweight, so it can be easily stowed in my backpack, and the pit zips (well, halfway between the chest and armpits) are nice for ventilation.

If the whole ECWS line is as good as this, then I would recommend them.

I love Propper... I can't find it on the internet anymore, but I was given one of their 'Spy Hoodies'  and it's got to be my favorite article of clothing.    Makes a great mid layer if you are ever looking for one

Propper is good stuff. Especially their ripstop fabric. No more crotch blowouts(friggin annoying!)
As for finding it on the net propper products
Great guys over there!
