I am inpatiently waiting for my new Gen 4 STG556 black 16". I live in CT so I needed to order a muzzle brake and have my dealer perm pin it on (I hope they can do it quickly). The awesome people at Ratworx tapped me out a Yankee hill comp and it too is in the mail. I ordered a Aimpoint C3 package and kill flash from SWFA that is also in the mail. The one part of the package I have to play with is a surefire M951XM07 that I got a month ago but is missing the remote preasure switch that...... you guessed it, in the mail... My birthday is Tuesday so I guess I will be celebrating a little late. Do you guys think I am missing anything?
1)STG556 16" 2)5 42 round mags 3)1 10 round mag 4)Aimpoint C3 with cover, lens caps, kill flash 5)Surefire M951XM07 Oh I still need a sling and BUIS...... |
| WOOOOOOOOO WOOOOOOOOO Gebirgsjager290 please explain why there is no need to pin a muzzle brake to the gun.... The AUG has what is considered a pistol grip on it (correct????) hense the reason Steyr created the USR after the ban. I hope you have a valid reason cuz I would LOVE for this to be true. |

So as to avoid hijacking this thread, please IM me for more info...that said, one of my two MSAR rifles was purchased in CT (Newington Gun Exchange, who currently sells said rifle) AND more importantly, I contacted the CSP. Arguably there is some confusion and it is somewhat of a grey area, but again, the MSAR STG556 CURRENTLY does not require a muzzle brake/perm pinning. |
| Gebirgsjager290, it's my thread. Hijack away. I know MSAR made a NY legal gun with the comp pinned. 3 evil features... Pistol grip, mag, and semi auto. Please give me the secret to happy MSAR ownership. The FS2000 PS90 get around this by not having a pistol grip. |
