Just wondering if anyone has had experience with Thompson Machine suppressors. Looking at the 30.
Also wondering about the Palmetto State Defense Megalith 7.62. Also looking for experiences with Thompson Machine QMF-2 in .45 Thanks in advance! |
| I own two SG-2s and have fired their Isis 9. They're well machined and quiet. They also share pistons and adapters with Gemtech. I've also had good experience with their customer service. My cans wer purchased for a specific need - an Uzi SBR and a B&T TP-9. I liked the Isis enough, just didn't have an immediate need for it. |

Is that your price range? I have three TM cans, approved or pending. They are pretty heavy Also looking at Allen Engineering 30; because it sits/extends back over the barrel and should help with the balance more than a direct thread hanging off the end. I can get multiple adaptors for the one can. The price range ...I'd like more than 1 to work with. But it's only money in the short term when the device is for long term use. Waiting for a Palmetto State Defense Megalith 7.62 which is another heavy beast to swap between FAL and AR. There are a lot of choices for suppressors. Defining use seems just as important as choosing a platform. And there's no limit to platforms and calibers. |
