I am looking for threaded barrels for both my XD's

Both are .45's

One is e service model and one is the tactical

Having trouble finding storm lake barrels in stock.

Any other options?

Springfield in their infinite wisdom supposedly changed the lug pattern more than once. So there are 2-3 specs for barrels floating around out there.

Best of luck with your quest. If it were me I'd try a more proven host.

Did you check Midway? That's where I got my Storm Lake barrel for my XDM 9mm. I wasn't really expecting much from this gun suppressed, but I was very impressed with it's performance with a can on it. It was much quieter than I thought it would be and it ran perfectly. I think you'll be happy with a suppressed XD. The barrel itself was an exact replica of my factory barrel only a bit longer and threaded, it fit perfectly.

I have an XD 45 with a storm lake barrel and a XD 9 Tactical with an EFK barrel. The EFK barrel took a mag to break in and cycle but it has been good otherwise.

You can send them back to Springfield, custom shop will fix you up. I think they quoted me $275 for a threaded barrel fitted to my 45XDc. Its a little more expensive than a $200 storm lake barrel, but its guaranteed.
