I lost a flash suppressor for my weapon. I figured they were the same, but it turns out the threading is different than my AR. I learned that after buying one

The main reason is the barrel is threaded for a suppressor.

Are there other flash suppressors out there with different threads than standard?

Are suppressors normally threaded the same as the standard flash suppressor?

Which would mean I have an oddball.............no surprise there!

Thanks for the help..
