Walked to the mailbox today and found a new 03 FFL in my LLC's name. Took 5 months but its finally here.
I took many folks advice of send it off an forget about it. I did until I opened the letter. Now that its here, what next? I want a 11.5 ar15, have the Form 1 on my desk. What the most fool proof way of filling this thing out without making a mistake and having it come back or simply rejected? thanks in advance T955i |

W A I T have fun when it comes back. Seriously as long as you take your time & spell everything correctly AND CLEARLY.. you shouldnt have a problem. You wont get rejected unless the NFA item is illegal in your state or if your a felon. |

You know Missouri did away with the FFL requirement for NFA items on 08/28/2011, right? If you have any questions on the forms, send me an IM. I work for an 07FFL/02SOT near St. Louis. yup, aware that the requirement is gone. I had sent out the application before it went away and didn't find out until just recently. bwideman, are you in Arnold by any chance? |
