So cans have to have a 5320 approved prior to transporting to a new state? 5320 takes how long to approve?
SBR /SBS if I separate the upper and lower it is no longer a SBR correct? Just checking It's on a trust |

- Being on a trust doesn't matter in this case.
- 5320.20 is for SBR/SBS/MG/DD per the first instruction on the form (as mentioned, cans and AOWs are exampt) - Approval varies greatly. Anywhere from a week to a couple months. - One tip is you can fax them in, regardless of the fact the forms say signatures must be in ink. |
