Does one need the blessing of the ATF to transport suppressors across state lines into another state where suppressors are legal?
And the twist... What if I need to cross a state where cans are not legal? Do I seek permission to pass through or just go around? |

Suppressors do not need ATF blessing to transport across state lines. If passing through a state where illegal, FOPA 86 safe passage should cover you. Otherwise, go around Iowa and Illinois if possible. LOL!! I think you were reading my mind! (Talk about C.S. after the sale!!)
