I've had my Form 1 rejected twice now (both for BS) and since my last submission I have moved.  Can I submit it as an individual now and then update my Trust address later and add the rifle once it's corrected or what exactly should I do here?  I really don't want to get rejected for the third time for something stupid.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

What's been the reason(s)? I'd make sure any of those issues were fixed first.

You can definitely file as an individual. But, if you want it in the trust later on, it's another $200 Form 4.

The first one my FFL put SR15 instead of SR-15 and they told me on July 11th 2016.  On July 12th my FFL mailed the forms via USPS priority and the ATF said it was postmarked the 13th.   My FFL has proof of it being postmarked on the 12th, but when I talked to the lady that denied me, she said I could file a petition with proof to do it the old way, but it would be best to submit it with current forms as well in case they said no to the original submission.

Basically, I want to get this gun in my hands as soon as possible, even if I have to pay another $200 down the road.  I'm just tired of the BS with them.

I would also like to know what to do as far as my trust goes if I move to another town or state even. Would I just need to complete a 5320.20 and add a new letter head with my trust name and address?

I ask because my wife has had the thought of building a house on a few acres for a while now, I know it's only so long before it will happen. I want to be prepared to keep my trust up to date when the day comes.

The trust really doesn't need an address. If you're in the same state, you simply file a new F1/F4 and use your current mailing address. If you move out of state, you may want to have a lawyer in the new state look over it to make sure nothing specific for that state needs to be added, or something specific to previous state needs to be removed.
