Who do you have as your Trustee, I am trying to put my Trust together then have an attorney look it over. Thanks for your help.

I listed myself as Grantor and Trustee. Friends and family that I want to be able to access items on the Schedule A of the Trust are listed as Trustees.

Do you have an attorney that will look it over? All the ones around here refused to unless they drafted up one themselves and were going to charge $1000.

I have three close friends, my brother, and myself as trustees.

Thanks guys that helps. I do not have an attorney, I plan to use the sample from this website and have friends who have trust look it over. I have sent a few messages to attorneys but no replies as of yet.
