On the Asset portion of my Trust, my Attorney has put in 1. Ten and NO/100 Dollars ($10.00) cash.
What is this for? Does this have to be on here? When I submit my Form 1 and Trust do I need to include my beneficiary page?
Thanks for the help!

If I were you I would call and ask your lawyer, you paid for it.

The ten dollars is just so something is in your trust.  I don't have anything other then the lower I am SBRing in my trust.

Send a copy of your whole trust with your forms.

I was told that in order for a trust to be valid - it must contain property. Since you have a new trust, this $10 makes it a valid trust before sending it to the ATF...

Yes, in most states your trust is required to have an asset in it to be valid.  So I always put a small amount of money in them when I form them just to make them valid before your NFA transfer is approved.  You should always have a non-NFA item in your trust just in case you sell the guns in your trust to buy something else your trust remains valid.
