I have a few NFA items and used a trust to get them. The dealer I bought my suppressors from helped me set it up. That was about 5 years ago.
I am about to do a few more NFA items and was a little concerned with how good the trust is. I'm not sure why, maybe just the threads recommending getting an attorney. So, can I have an attorney just look over the one I have? Create a new one? Modify it? Or should I just go on with what I have? I'm sure there's not a perfect answer, just wanted to get some feedback. Thanks for any input. |

Sure you can have an attorney look at it and it can be modified (amended) if needed. You could also start a completely new trust if you needed to. Feel free to call or email me if you are interested in having an attorney take a look.
