Keep trying, you will get through eventually.

There are two numbers, an 800 number, and a local number.  Try both.  When I had to call them a couple times to check status of some stuff, one number would be busy, the other would ring.

Once you get through, be prepared for a ~40 minute hold time.  They WILL get to you, and they WILL be helpful.

I have only had luck on the (480) 948-8009 number. When you do get through, you are usually about 45 minutes from talking to someone. I only needed a missing part so the nice lady told me to fax the part# instead of waiting on hold. To my surprise, they shipped my part the next day. Even as busy as they are, great service!

Yup, I had a very similar experience. Very helpful, but stretched to the max. Nice folks, too.
