I asked questions on here awhile ago and folks told me to get a new Wolf spring with a higher rating so I would not have any fail to fires with my K Kale Turk Mauser.
The primers were showing minimal indentations with the original spring, so I put a 26lb spring from Wolf in. This rating was specified from Dave at Wolf springs. I went out and shot it the other day and it has similar problems.
About 3 out of every 10 rounds fires on the first strike, others that don't fire on the first strike do have almost the same indentation that the others do. I can try and re-fire them after the first strike and they always fire the second time.

So the problem is the 26lb Wolf spring is the highest rating and it still is not working out. So does anyone have any ideas as to how to get this rifle to fire everytime.
I know its's not the ammo because I shoot it out of my K98 and 24/47 with no problems.

Any help appreciated

If you've already replaced the spring with the most powerful one available I'd say the firing pin is the likely cause. Should be a cheap and quick fix to replace it.

Have you checked the firing pin protrusion yet?

The bottom of this page talks about how.

Anyone have any good sources to buy a firing pin from?

Tell the owner, David Fulton, that Dutchman sent you.
I know him personally. He has a tremendous inventory
of Mauser parts.

He seems to think it might be head spacing. So I am going to check the head spacing on it and go from there.

Have you try cleaning inside your bolt?  Most of the time, people forget to clean the firing pin holes and there is alot of comso in there.  Also clean the firing pin tip hole.  I take the bolt down to the car wash and spray it with the desgreaser and after washing the truck, I take the high pressure to the bolt.  If that still does not work, check the headspace.  If that does not work, try another firing pin from another rifle then.

I already disassembled it and cleaned well, no cosmo. I am going to check head spacing tomorrow and see what comes of it.

I thought I had mine clean too, but it really wasn't.

The firing pin has to fit inside a slot inside the bolt.  Mine had hardened cosmo in the seat of that slot that had been beaten down so much that it had a shine to it and looked like bare metal when I shined a light on it.  The build up was enough to keep the pin from fully seating into the slot.  The slot is almost impossible to get at with a pick so I filled an old coffee can with water, dropped the stripped bolt in the water and boiled it for a half hour or so.  This cured my problem.  YMMV.
