Condition matters. So does missing pieces. Extra stuff like a roller handle, strong mount, extra tool heads, tool head stands would be a factor.

Rule of thumb 75% of retail would be a fair price for used equipment if in excellent shape.

Used Dillon loaders with all parts and manual are worth 75% to 80% present retail.

The $175 for a 550 is a fine score.

Missing manuals are nothing, call Dillon and they will send you one for free..

I picked up a 450 for under $100 a few months ago, was missing the inner primer tube (cost me like $8 for a new one).
