I have some LC 308 primed brass that had bullets pulled.  Do I need to size them?

I bought a lee collet neck sizer and cut the depriming pin off.

Works well when I'm loading primed brass that had the bullets pulled.

Gives plenty of neck tension and doesn't need lube so I don't have to worry about fouling the primer.

i bought almost 8,000 pieces of 5.56 pulldown brass, at least half of it still has powder stuck to the inside of the case that needs to be scrapped out by hand.  tumbling don't do it, by hand, with a small screw driver or all like i use so you want to inspect them to make sure there is no extra powder in them.  some of my cases had 4gr in them so depending on what you are trying to do that may really affect your loads.

i reload them with the standard Dillon decapper/re-size die but take the decapper pin off so it just neck sizes really, i also don't need lube on them either.

I would neck or "short size" them at least to make sure they hold the bullet good. I would also try a few in my chamber before loading them. Like the others stated, make sure there in NOTHING inside the cases before you use them.

Thanks everyone.  There is powder stuck around some case mouths, that's how I realized they were pulled.  Looks like I've got a little more work than I planned.

the 5.56 i had looked like this

i bought a pen light from Harbor Freight for about $5 and used that to look inside each case to check for powder.  no powder they went into a ready to load box, powder they went into the clean box.  i used an all in one hand, held the case in my left then spun it slowly as i put the all further in and could hear the powder being scrapped off.  collected it in a paint cap, got 1 1/2 full of powder out of the 8k or so i cleaned,  haven't measured but looks like at least 50 rounds worth of powder.
