What is the break in procedure for the VQ Carbon Fiber barrel ??? I just bought a new one from a freind, only problem is he lost the paperwork... I've been away from 10/22's for a while, and if I recall correctly, VQ is rather anal with break in, cleaning and warranty type stuff...Thanks
