I recently acquired a preban Springfield National Match M1A. It is, I think, an early model witht a wooden hand guard. the serial number is 041xxx. It is in a bout 98% condition with the original box. What might this thing be worth? |

For what it's worth the 2002 Standard, 12th edition puts it like this: Poor- 250 Fair- 500 Good- 700 VG- 1000 Exc.- 1400 NIB- 1900 I've been looking on the net as well as locally for such a pre-ban and thus far the range has been anywhere from 900 to 1600. Hey, From my understanding (or what I can remember from living up your way) isn't it one of those "evil" guns on the "list"....
