[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Value of a FN FAL?

Came across one today at the funshow. A real factory FN FAL. Plastic furnature, I think marked TARGET or MATCH on the side below the FN stampings, flash hider. No box or papers, 1 mag, no bipod. 98% condition. Been in a closet for at least 30 years.

If it's just the ordinary 50.00 on a type III that you see most commonly, probably about $2300 or so.

But there are rare variants that are worth much more.

They havent been 2300 for quite awhile. Nowdays its more like 2900-3K for the basic 50.00. The Para versions will bring somewhat more. Id love to find a 50.00 at 2300, any offers?
