I'm looking for something that I can drop on the passenger seat of the care while traveling. The bag at the following looks really good but it's a bit expensive in my opinion. I also like the dimensions.14" x 12" x 22-1/2"; 3700 cu. in
http://www.skookumdog.com/p/road-duffel-bags.html I'd probably jump on this bag but I wish it were a bit wider and taller. http://lbtinc.com/medium-pistol-bag-modified-1939.html Anyone have any other suggestions? |

Looks like I may have found my bag.

If you're looking for something that can also be used as an organizer, check out the 5.11 Wingman The wingman works great for what it was designed as, which is sitting in the front seat of my patrol car and holding the items I use on a daily basis. The fact that it closes up is nice for the times I have to shift my gear to the back seat when I have to haul ride alongs or prisoners. (Anyone else actually wish they could be assigned a cage car?) Without the dividers in, it would work fine for a small carry on but there are other bags that fit that roll better. |

There is a thread just below yours that was bumped with sale bags from London Bridge. The medium load out bag is only $89. Not sure if you can use that? http://lbtinc.com/eoy-2013.html I went back and forth on that bag. I played around with a measuring tape last night and I think 30" is just too long for the front seat of a vehicle. Still tempted to buy one at that price. |
