Very basic dumb question about Serial number > Machineguns (MG)

I am filling out the form for my SBR and I need to know what the serial number is on my spikes lower... Below is what is written on the lower, but is the SN the numerical numbers or is the SAR included?

SAR12345
CAL MULTI
MOD. SL15

Yep, the SAR is part of the s/n.
