Sorry, I do not know the specifics as far as title and class but the it's two suppressors from the same manufacturer transferring out of state to a trust. What is a ball park average wait? They were ordered May 11th. |

My last two were about 9 weeks mailbox to mailbox with Sandra Snook as examiner, but I think the wait has increased some since then. Here's a whole thread about timelines... |

Would be a form 3 transfer from the out of state dealer to in state, 4-6 weeks.
Plus shipping to the instate dealer, 1-week. Form 4 transfer from the dealer to you. 10-15 weeks. 3 months would be incredibly fast turnaround. 5 months would be slow turn with bad luck... Ask your local dealer who the NFA examiner is that approves his form 4s and you can get a better feel of the timeline on the back half. |
