But I try to take inspiration from a lot of other people and build the belt setup according to general rules. Then I test it at the range and put what's wrong away. I think the general thinking there is the knife comes out to create distance so you can get to your handgun (in a struggle or someone has your right arm constrained). That said, I'm a civvie like you so i'm faaaar more likely to use it for more utility purpose at the range. Anyway, something to consider. I like the setups, going vertical with the med pouch to save belt space was a good idea. |

I've been using the Haley since he released it. I really like how small it is attachment wise. The velcro is really thin and works well if you stack multiple things (like both the hook hanger and the tq hanger)

@RHR_12
Glad you like it. And you did what everybody that gets a Kore battle belt does (myself included)...you put the buckle on the wrong side. Works best if the buckle is on the right side because of the way the inner belt works, and it's easier to operate the release latch, plus it puts your holster in a constant fixed position when you tighten and loosen the belt. |

View Quote Interesting. The reason I set it up that was was due to the kore EDC belt I have. Makes sense why the catch is different from the EDC. I’ll have to consider whether I want to flip it or not. As for a light, I have a streamlight stinger I really am quite attached to. It’s left over from my LE days. I like it for night use because of the dual buttons and the length is long enough to tuck under an armpit if you need to do something. The problem is it’s long enough it doesn’t fit in a pouch, and all the loops designed for it are designed for an actual duty belt. |

Is there a difference in one wrap? Are some tougher / stiffer than others?
And do they sell it in colors like FDE, coyote, or patterns? I honestly wouldn't know a one wrap if i found one. TIA |

Yes, just like any fabric. I learned this when I worked at a fabric supplier.

Stupid question of the day. I just got a Blue Alpha gear belt snd it’s my first with a cobra buckle. Do I take one of them off to thread the holster on?
Going to set it up this weekend. Have one wrap for Esstac pouches ready to go and a taco for a light/multi tool. |

For me, I'm kind of ambidextrous. I shoot right-handed, but I find the female end easier to manipulate on my left side, so I take of the male connector and thread my belt (when worn) counter clockwise or left to right. ROCK6 |
