I've had my C93 for several months now, haven't had any issues until the last two trips to the range.

For the most part, I've shot Perfecta 55gr FMJ (this is brass cased, boxer primed ammo made in Italy, probably by Fiocchi) throughout this entire time. I have, however, shot handfuls of ZQ M855, Tulammo, Silver Bear, PMC (.223 spec), and American Eagle (.223 spec and M193 spec).

On the last two trips, I've had weak ejection but ONLY with the Perfecta ammo. It only ejects about 4 to 8 feet, and I do get a few failures to eject where the casing gets smashed between the bolt and the chamber face.

The details -

The rifle has always gapped .018" and continues to do so. It has 8mm rollers and a number 8 locking piece.

This has only been happening with the Perfecta ammo. The first trip that I had this problem that is the only ammo I brought, the second trip I brought Perfecta and some Silver Bear as well. The Silver Bear ammo I shot yesterday ejected 20 or 30 feet with no failures.

The ejector rises into the groove on the bottom of the bolt head all the way to the top. You can see from the finish on the face of the ejector that it's making good contact.

The rifle is cleaned and lubed after every range trip.

There are no distinct dents or markings on the brass other than those from the chamber flutes and the primer "holder inner" on the bolt face.

I have fired hundreds of flawless rounds (mostly Perfecta) through this rifle until the weak ejection started.

May be a weak extractor spring - can you move the extractor with your finger?

No sir, and after the last time I shot it before yesterday, since I had the problem then, I did remove and clean the extractor, it's recess, and the spring.

If I posted a picture of my trigger pack, could you guys tell me if I have the right ejector?

Your ejector should look something like this: HK 5.56 Ejector Arm

It appears that I do have the correct ejector.

Went ahead and ordered a new extractor and two springs.
