| A local gun store has a Fal for sale for $1100. It is marked on the right with the Embel logo and the following letters, C A 1 . There are no other markings other than maybe 7.62 cal. Any dea who made this and what it might be worth. It has the standard hand guards and hump back stock and probably an 18" barrel. I could go back and get more info when they are not so close to closing time but wonder if any one here has any idea what it probably is. I'm totaly new to Fals to the point of being clueless on most everything but this rifle felt great and I'm considering purchasing one. |

I bought one about six months ago for 680 out the door. I dont know if all Imbel guns have the widows peek in them, that is what you really want with a Century built gun from what I've read. I got lucky mine does.
If you go to gunbroker.com and find one with the thumhole stock look at going that route and change it out, its really not that hard and you can find good deals on a great rifle. 1100 way to high even new CIA guns dont go that high. I dont think I would go more then 700-750 oin it. I also think if I was going to drop that kind of cash on a FAL or L1A1 I would go to DSA. |
