I have a 10/22 TD as a host for the Spectre II I'm waiting on. Should I have the barrel threaded before I receive my can or wait until I receive it so I can make sure it fits properly?

I'm leaning towards getting it done before, especially if I bring the spec sheet for the threads to be sure it's done correctly. Thoughts?

There's no right answer. Any good gunsmith should be able to make proper threads without the can present, but if you truly want the threads tailored only to that silencer, you would have to wait.

I'm intending to have it threaded only for that can, just seeing if it's wise to have the can in hand. I'm also getting antsy as I should be getting a stamp in about a month.

Just get it done now. Nothing like getting your suppressor out of jail and then not being able to use it while waiting for the gunsmith/machinist to fit you into their schedule.

Silencerco's thread spec isn't anything exotic.

A good gunsmith should be able to follow the SiCo thread specs with oring engagement.

No way in hell I'd wait. Send that bitch off right now so you can play as soon as the stamp arrives.

Morgan at Dallas shooting supplies (has a 15pg thread in the gunsmithing EE) has a sub $100 price to thread and move the front sight.
He did a savage for me to ask SiCO specs

Yup. I thought about getting mine done locally, but with ADCO's reputation, they're going to get my business.
