I originally bought it as something cheap to burn up shooting a FRT, but after seeing it shoot nice and accurately, I now keep it for target/practice/accurate ammo and do not burn it up in the FRT. I have other powders for that. |

https://www.cabelas.com/p/federal-american-eagle-45-colt-225-grain-jacketed-soft-point-centerfire-handgun-ammo I did not think there was a soft point under 300 gr for 45c. I just spotted these American Eagle 225 grainers. Are these Federal bullets or do they use another brand of bullet for these eagles? Anyone know where I can find them? I can find jacketed hollow points but not jacketed soft points. |

I ordered 2176 primers and paid the same $60 in shipping and fees as if I had ordered 1088 Compared to the next cheapest option, the fees dont seem extreme to me. I agree there will be sales and deals, but since so few people have 50 primers, I doubt it is guaranteed one of them will have a sale. |

They pack them into their sleeves very densely and are heavy enough that the sleeves can drop out of the packaging very easily from their own weight rather spectacularly. Ask me how I now know this.
