The wife agreed that Santa can get me a new firearm.  I'm currently considering selling off a Ruger Super Blackhawk Hunter that I've shot one time and paying the differnce on  a Gen 4 Glock 17 or keeping the Ruger and getting a Keltec SUB-2000 Carbine to shoot with my kids.

Thoughts????

"Get both" is an even better answer than usual because you can feed them from the same mags.  If you want a concealed carry piece get a Glock but make it a 19.  If you want a truck gun and/or the kids are over 12 get the KT.  If the kids are <12 get them a Chipmunk.

I've already got a Glock 19 but I want a full sized 9mm now as well.

Can you tell me more about your Ruger revolver and where you are located.  I may be interested in buying.  PM me if you want.

If I go the Gen 4 Glock 17 route I'll be sure to check the extractor to see if it has the improved extractor installed.
