Just thinking about what to get when my C&R finally arrives. I've been considering an SKS or enfield from AIM surplus. I think though I'm more likely to buy a bolt action carbine of some sort. I'm leaning towards another M48 as it's a very serviceable rifle and would be a great trunk gun or one of the Russian Moisin's in a shorter variety. I'm wanting something practical and with CHEAP ammo. I've got about 500 rounds of 8mm on hand so that's a plus for the M48. Any opinions on the single best bang for the buck C&R that money can buy? |
| ENJOY them ALL, M48 or the Mosin's both are fun and cheap to shoot, theSwiss K-31's are great weapons but the ammo is very high, sounds like you have the fever, it dosen't matter which one you choose first , you'll have them all before it's over and MORE. ENJOY< ENJOY |
