I have someone that I'm trading a multitool to for one of the following knives: Emerson CQC 7a or Benchmade 440 Opportunist S30V, which of the following knives would you choose? |

Wow--totally different animals. Do you plan to use it much? Or will it get traded again down the line? For general use, I'd get the Benchmade 440, but YMMV. I like a drop point better than a tanto, but that's just me. For self-defense and/or heavy use, the more heavily built Emerson is probably better. The market prices look very similar, but the Emerson might be a better bet if it might get traded off in the future. |
