I didn't want to jack the other guy's thread so I started a new one.

Found this at a show about 10 years ago. Looks like a 25auto necked to .17. Any ideas??

Not the 22br

Case is based of off the 25 auto. Powder charge maybe 1-1.5gr.

could the case be from a 30 carbine?  If so It may be a 17 PeeWee

I checked out Saubier's articles and found this   It's probably a wildcat that the late Bill Eichelberger did.  I'd email Jim Saubier about it for sure.

Its time to dig out the CoW.  I think you have a .17 Dart but i'll take a look tonight.

It's not listed in my cartridge conversions book, but I'm fairly certain I've seen a .17-25ACP in my wildcats book.  

Neat cartridge; it needs a nice little low wall, baby Sharps, or Stevens 44 1/2 for a pal.
