Just picked up a 1926 winchester1894 with saddle ring and flip up rear sight. I would say condition is about 80%.Does anybody want to guess what this might be worth.I paid 250.00 for it at a yard sale.
Thanks |

Around here a post-64 in good condition runs about $300-$400 depending on condition. A pre-64 Winchester 94 in good condition would be around $600 with some being more depending on rarity. If I found one for $250 I'd be doing the happy dance for days after buying it lol.
If there is anything rare about it and it hasn't been drilled or refinished or tampered with it the value might even be higher. Just as a base estimate I would say $600 in 80% condition, maybe even higher. I'd love to own a pre 64 especially a pre-1900 .....I love vintage western era or military guns from the 1800's, my current baby is an 1873 Springfield "trapdoor" carbine 45-70. It's an awesome, amazing rifle. Congrats on your find, I'm jealous! |
