| colts are good IF you get the law enforcement rifles that actually use GI spec parts(some of the civillian marketed ones intentionally use parts that are of a different design than standard, making replacement a bit of a pain). Bushmaster and Rock River Arms both make excellent rifles that are (in my opinion and experience) every bit as good as the Colt for less money. |
Red, where have you been? The law enforcement Colt's use the large pin parts as well.. |

I'd go with RRA. I've been issued Colt's and Bushmasters and while there is nothing wrong with either of them, I did some comparisons and I like some of the features I got on the RRA: -Excellent fit & finish -Fantastic 2 stage NM trigger -Star selector -Good price -Good warranty |
