Outback is the old reliable. Inexpensive, light and backed by a good company.

As far as dB ratings go, I believe that the AAC Pilot is still on top with a 41 dB reduction.

I'd like to know if anything has topped it lately, as I'm wanting to order a .22LR suppressor myself in about 6 weeks and want the best as well.

AWC suppressors are top notch.  I went shooting with a buddy of mine who has an AWC .22lr and it was much quieter than the outback I fired last winter. Both fired off ruger pistols. One was a Mark II and one was a 22/45 but both had the 5'1/4 barrel....

 What ammo fired from each? Makes a huge difference.
