So my FA UZI jumps from semi to auto after about 4-5 shots.  The selector is very easily moved from safe to semi and onto auto.  Was wondering if anyone knows whats causes this and what the solution is?   My guess is the selector spring needs a little more bend in it. But would like to know before I tear it apart.

Bend the spring some. Literally can be done in a few minutes by pulling the lower and removing the spring with needle nose pliers.

Or you can buy a replacement from Robert at RTG for next to nothing.

This.

I have no idea if my Uzi works correctly on 'R'. No care to find out either. Might as well Weld it on 'A'.
