ZULU stuff is awesome.  I use their CAOS model.  The MEGA is just too big for my tastes.  Also check out the OSOE NSW admin.  I have one as well and they are very nice.

Here are some pics of my ZULU CAOS admins:

The ATACS one is a one off I had made.

I run 2 admin pouches with the aforementioned TT EAP on the chest rig and a MSM Stealth admin (designed by TT) on assault pack. I love the TT pouch because it opens up fully with a draw string. It collaspes quickly and foesnt get bulky even with a Garmin handheld and multitool in it when loaded properly

Monkey sells one that's not bad - although I'll admit It's the only one I've run so far, so my experience is kind of limited.

I have almost completely stopped using an admin pouch and now use the HSGI Mini EOD pouch for my "small" things. Keeps them organized really well and doesn't take up space where my mag draw magic happens. I carry it just to the left of my mags and has worked out quite well.
For pens/ chemlites/ etc I just slip them through the MOLLE/ PALS webbing.
For a backpack though I love the Maxpedition Monkey stomper, expands quite a bit when needed.

Yeah, I have also used the TAG medical pouch, which is of similar size to the HSGE mini EOD, as an admin/misc pouch and it worked very well.

I am using the new TT Admin pouch as a small basic first aid/ EE / tool pouch. You can fit alot of small stuff in there.

I have the T&T Pouch. A great value for the money. The Side Kick is very similar just a bit smaller

I just ordered a HSGI pogey pouch.  It looks like it would make a good admin/misc junk pouch.
