Need some suggestions from those that have walked similar paths….. I recently purchased an Armasight Sirius Gen 2+ SD monocular ($800) and just sold a Spark for $400 and currently own EagleTac P20C2 MKII w/ 3.4x 850nm IR upgrade & Brand New Titanium Rhino mount.

Would you guys recommend selling Sirius & Brand New Titanium Rhino mount to combine the funds w/ $400 to get a Envis M703E Gen 3 monocular?
Or
Use the $400 to get a helmet and better mount?

Thank you for your suggestions.

The Envis is a good scope and will outperform the Serious Gen 2+. They make an adapter sold on eBay so the Envis can use PVS-14 mounts and accessories. Many people use the Envis parts to build a Micro but that is a project for the more advanced NV guy. I have not done the math for your deal but the Envis used typically goes about $1200 to $1500 in the used market. Some have paid more and some less. I have picked them up very cheap before most folks knew what they were. Word is out so the prices are a bit higher.

The front ring on the envis is the same diameter as a pvs14. So all the pvs14 ring style weapon mounts will work too. I am sure alot of folks are aware of this, but not everybody.

I say get the helmet. Gen 2+ is nothing to sneeze at, you have a powerful IR illuminator and the mount.

Get a Team Wendy LTP Exfil ($299) from TNVC. Don't bother with anything less, including Ops Core BJ.
