| No firsthand experience, but I would suggest seeing what the outfits who are site sponsors here can offer. I hear nothing but good things about them. I like https://jrhenterprises.com/ and have bought thermal and night vision scopes from them that I am very happy with. |

There are too many good companies out there to take a gamble on ones with negative or neutral reviews. JRH/TNVC are site sponsors and are good to go. Warranties are only as good as the company offering them. Those 2 have been around for a long time. There are some others out there too but if you use arfcom a lot, the above guys are pretty active and easy to reach on this site or by phone. |

I don't know anything about them, but I think that there are enough options available to you right now that you don't need to consider working with somebody that has less than stellar feedback. It's not that I'm against giving somebody a second chance and the opportunity to improve, but I'd maybe start with something a bit less expensive. I bought my binos straight from NVD and couldn't be happier, but their housings aren't for everybody, so I wouldn't give them a blanket recommendation. I've only ever heard positive things about JRH and Darq/Goonin'. I've seen complaints that most other outfits have at some point had issues with poor communication, poor customer service, long lead times on items that were supposedly ready-to-ship, incorrect items shipped, items sold as other than advertised, and/or poor workmanship. |

| thanks guys..i to have bought a pvs 14 wp from robert at jrh..my son found this bino set on nvg selling at 4200..ill pass along your wise words..for the record.i tried to tell him the same thing,but he says at 4200 he cant beat that price.i dont know enough about the specs,but he says its gen2+..so,well see |

It looks like probably some chinese tubes and housing for that price range. If he's used your PVS14 he is liable to be a little disappointed in the performance of the chinese tubes. |
