I used to be a medic, and I am putting together 3 med bags. 1 for each car and one for us if we have to bug out. I am looking at these,  What do you have and use?

everyone should have a set of EMT shears, just don't cut a Penney with em.....    The ones your looking at are perfect, I just avoid the made in china ones. A strap cutter would be effective also.

Used them at a demo over here in DC after seeing these at shot show this year..  Great for its intended purpose cutting through seatbelts, however, never tried for medical purposes.

Nice!  Wear is the best place to cut through clothing?  I will have to try this with my guys.

I have a similar model but for me it's too limited. I can use the scissors for more tasks.

I always zip down the outside seam of the pants then start in after you clear the pockets.  It might be a bit more difficult on BDUs or other pants with multiple layers of fabric.   But if you start up at the beltine and tug hard it works.  Also keep it sharp.
