My back is seriously FUBAR, I think due to a 1,000 round reloading session. I think I should avoid pulling and pushing the lever on my Dillon XL650 and look into an autodrive.

Didn't I read here that the P-W unit has problems? Like what, specifically? I saw the custom 1050 chain drive but at this point I don't have the room or the finances to get multiple 1050s. Is there anything available for the 650 besides the P-W?

Does an autodrive ever have problems seating primers? High primers? Detonation?

Off topic a little... but what are your output/production requirements?

My main requirement is to not cause or exacerbate repetitve strain injuries.

Ammo output can be as slow as manual, 600 rounds per hour.

I see the P-W has two models, 900 rph for rifle, 1200 rph for pistol. No reason I couldn't get the 900 to load 9, 40, 223?

If I had to automatic the stroke for R.S.S. I would get the heavy duty cast iron 1050.  You're just asking for the Aluminum 650 to break, imo.

I have not heard of another product that is offered for sale to do what you want.

jmorris built one that works perfect.....computer controlled no less.

This company makes them for customers.  Would be great except for one tiny detail....their nearly $1000 price tag doesn't include the Dillon.

You will have to get a 1050.

You will never get proper setup cause all operations are not done

On the same stroke.

650 is top and button stroke.

1050 is all on the down stroke. .

Forcth Machine is the KING of autos.

I have one of these on my Hornaday LNL.... It's by far a tremendous upgrade and make the world of difference in comfort during long sessions.
