I'm pretty sure I covered the popular ones, I probably missed a few. I couldn't tell you technical details, but everything below the PASGT is better suspension and ballistic protection wise I think (Well, I know about the suspension since I have a PASGT and a MICH 2000)

Guess I've been educated, I didn't know about those. I just listed out MIL issued helmets plus the one I found while browsing TNVC

Snag a PASGT and put an Oregon Aero kit in it I love mine.. the helmet is an XL and a heavy bastard.. but I can wear it all day with the OA kit

Yeah, PASGTs are heavy as hell, I actually thought my MICH was a toy at first since I was used to the PASGT's weight. Luckily, its kevlar, but the weight difference is almost staggering if you're used to the PASGT and get a modern helmet or vice versa

+1

NYSP trooper took a pistol round to the front of his RBR Combat Mk-1 about a year ago, and it saved him.
They are the only helmet on the market I know of  to meet the HP White Helmet Test standard:
1 rd per quadrant (4) total, 1 rd directly on the top, and 1 rd directly on a bolt, with both 9mm and .44 Magnum.
