i have an old hardly used butterfly knife made by balisong and was wondering the approx. value. may be up for sale, not sure yet. have a local guy thats trying to buy it and i dont know what the ball park prices are. stainless blade and chromed handles. if i knew how to post pic, i would. i can send from phone to my email and thats it. so if a pic is needed i can email to you. thanks john |
PVK had some 1980's Balisong for 300.00 and sold out. And if it is a Jody Samson then it will go alot higher to a collector. |

Since i would consider myself the Benchmade/pacific Cutlery/Balisong expert of arfcom i will step in here. It sounds like an early production benchmade and not a custom, since it actually says benchmade. Benchmade made a bunch of cheaper balis in the late 80's and early 90's that sold for $35-$50 each back then. Depending on construction and materials used it would be worth $100-$150. Take a look here and see if you can find the model number, Benchmade catalogs And the old baliosng tha PVK had are very overpriced. |
