Since I have been doing some picking up of used brass at the range, I have come across some brass makers that I rarely see discussed here.

Any FC brass hits the recycle bin, but what about these other manufacturers?  Worth keeping/using or toss?

93 C J    (numerals are in a circle around case head) I believe this is Norinco per FAQ headstamp guide?

R - P     Remington?  I assume this is OK to reload.

P S     ?

Winchester or WCC    Olin or Western cartridge?  I assume this is OK to reload.

BHA    Black Hills?

This may help you out.  WCC is good brass.

Thanks for the link.  I was looking more for info on if the cases were kabooms waiting to happen like some FC cases.

I've loaded CJ brass and it's ok but the cases weigh more than other .223 cases and may require a reduced powder charge especially with near max loads.
FC brass that I know is once fired, I load it for plinking ammo and watch for loose primer pockets which means they go in the recycle bucket.
Remington brass is good as well as Win and WC. I watch WC and LC and any other military brass to see if the primer crimp is still there indicating if it is once fired or if the crimp is removed I know it's fired multiple times. Cases that I know are loaded by Black Hills get checked to see if the primer crimp has been removed. That indicates that they have been fired at least twice. I've only loaded a handful of PS cases and they load fine.
All range pickups get carefully inspected. I use the bent sharpened wire feeler method to check EVERY case for possible case stretching or cracks.

I have several reloads on CJ 93 brass. Not having any problems.
