I have about 100 pcs of primed .223 brass from rounds I pulled using an RCBS collet puller. Will neck tension still be okay to reload as-is, or should I resize them again before loading?

The necks have to be resized. Seat a bullet to get a feel for the relaxed neck tension.

I load Lake City brass pull downs for matches with an AR-15. . I full length size and check all with a case gauge.

Take out you decapping pin from your sizing die and resize the cases.
