so i have a kit built 10.5 sbr. It has plenty of gas, i know this for sure. thing is when it extracts and ejects the spent brass hits the free float tube on the back side and is leaving dents. It's almost like the ejector can't flick the brass out in time before the bolt is going forward. The Brass is landing at about the 1 O'clock position from where i am standing. So, do I just need to throw an RRA 9mm Buffer in there to slow things down a bit? The bolt catch/release is showing a little unusual wear. I've only been through about 3 mags with it and it's been locking to the rear every time. Oh, and one more thing. The case head looks like the extractor is trying to just slip off the rim ever so slightly. The weapon is being run suppressed 100% of the time.

i'd go with something like the MGI RRB.
Should tame it down nicely.
a 9mm would probably do the trick as well...and be cheaper.

A H2 would work, you don't really have to go any heavier.
