whats the consensus on what buffer weights run SBR's the best. Just finished my 11.5" with a piston kit. ill be running my can on there almost all the time.

its an AA lite kit with standard buffer spring and weight. as soon as AA quits messing around ill be getting in the light weight carrier. its also a carbine gas system
