I have an older one like the guy sells on the auction site for $245.
It will hold zero with 22lr, but thats about the most. The green side is good, The IR side was just a bare diode, no lensing. I have it apart right now to put in a better IR diode. Also a 35mw IR pointer is WAY too bright, 5mw is plenty. They are a step above airsoft, save your money. Brent |

I doubt it would hold up to .223 You can push on the module and it will move backward and when it returns forward it will be slightly off.

| after 2hrs green laser is intermiting sometimes i have to tap the housing and it will work but when it works it dims or brightens up by itself, i just emailed a bunch of guys who bought one to see how there holding up, there are some issues, i took the back apart and there is a red wire - ground that was inserted in screw hole and they just put screw in to ground it instead of solder so i fixed that and it had good steady beam and told my wife im so smart i fixed it and she agreed, wellll after a couple hours and some wine i started testing it with my pvs7 and it would turn on get dim go off tap housing come on dim then bright but only green side ir good to go. wife says i take back what i said LOL. breaking it down 1 more time i let you know in a few days, I'll show her !! |
